We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@eyeba.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label. Please note that we will deduct $7 from your refund for the label.

I had been eyeing (no pun intended) this eye bracelet for quite some time and am so glad I finally made the purchase. I ordered the custom bracelet with 10 eyes but since I have small wrists I had to have it resized. Eyeba was kind enough to do a free resizing and removed one eye to accommodate my wrist size and even let me keep the eye. 10/10 can't wait for my collection to keep growing! Side note - the eyes are only on the front, if you flip them you'll see white and the prongs which isn't a big deal but something I didn't think about when I initially purchased it. Also, I love the packaging! It's like a book with a compartment for your bracelet to keep it safe.
This signet style reminds me of a vintage ring! Fits true to size! Very unique and well made! :)
The color is pretty and accurate. However the ring size is off, it's a 6.25 not 7.25 as posted, and the photos did not show that it is terribly lopsided. I could understand the design having a slight tilt, but this is very exaggerated and it makes it hard to see from most angles. Kind of disappointing for how expensive it was... I think they need better transparency in more photos of each listed item, from every angle so that the buyer knows what to expect. The sizing isn't the end of the world for me, but I did want it to fit a different finger, so I am disappointed for sure.

I was expecting to put it on my ring finger but surprisingly it fits more my wide fingers. Otherwise, the ring is beautiful and she basically doesn't move on my index finger.

Love it! Great size and light in weight. I am very picky about necklaces, I don’t like to wear often if awkward length or weight. Almost 2 weeks now with this and have found it really easy and comfortable to wear. Even though it’s mini, I think it still stands out beautifully, even when I have more necklaces layered alongside it.

Got it for my partner as she has always wanted one and she absolutely loved it! The communication from Jess was great. She used a photo of my own eye to try match the Prosthetic as closely as possible, sent photos to show me this and also sent me a photo of the final product before sending out! The ring came with some slight blemishes/scratches on the side. I didn't really mind it and took it as a sign to wear the ring as I please. I've had it for a week and it's always on me. Looks really great!
